Our lives are moving at a frenzied pace and our peacefulness is getting lost in the shuffle. We are depleting ourselves and not taking time to refuel. Our homes should be our sanctuaries. A place to unwind, rejuvenate, and plug into our source. Slow down. Turn off the tv, the phone and turn some music on. Feed your soul. Take a bath. Keep your house clean. Be mindful of what you eat. Exercise to clear your mind. Dance. Sing. Find joy in the little things. One way to recharge is by creating a quiet space in your home to plug in. This is a key ingredient to recharging your battery.
