Bathroom Concept Plan

Add-on to As-Built Package Only. We will create a concept plan using your desires, our design sensibilities, industry experience and best practices. We include a new floor plan, dimensioned elevations of cabinets, walls, plumbing, etc. No customization to the concept plans, and only one option will be provided. If you desire to make changes to the concept plan, we would move you over to our full-service design team. Once you purchase the package, we will send an email with questions to understand your desires and evaluate to the viability of those wishes. If for some reason we cannot manage your needs with the package, we will give you the option to move to full-service design or will offer a full refund. Your concept plans will be ready for you to select your materials and submit to contractor’s for quotes.
